Responsibilities

• View AI-generated summaries of medical documents for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Cross-check the summary against client/underwriter requirements before finalizing.
• Edit, correct, and format documents to match client specifications and templates.
• Verify medical terminology, diagnoses, and clinical details are correctly interpreted.
• Ensure zero/minimal errors in the final report; accuracy is a top priority.
• Understand underwriting context to support decision-making needs.
• Deliver completed reports within the assigned turnaround time (TAT).
• Escalate ambiguous or inconsistent AI outputs to the appropriate team/lead.
• Collaborate with team members, QA, and leads to resolve recurring AI errors.

Requirements
