Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Paramedical field
• Strong understanding of, or aptitude for learning, medical terminology and clinical documentation
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and client-focused approach
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines/targets within a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work day shift
• Basic familiarity with AI tools is a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

• View AI-generated summaries of medical documents for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
• Cross-check the summary against client/underwriter requirement specifications
• Edit, correct, and format the document to match client specification and template
• Verify medical terminology, diagnoses, and clinical details are correctly interpreted
• Ensure zero/minimal errors in the final report
• Understand underwriting context to support decision-making needs
• Deliver completed reports within the assigned turnaround time (TAT)
• Escalate ambiguous or inconsistent AI outputs to the appropriate team/lead
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks set by the process
• Collaborate with team members, QA, and leads to resolve recurring AI errors
