Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a CA/CMA to lead GL closing, statutory reporting and IND AS/IFRS compliance. 3–5 years in manufacturing accounting is essential. Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 and audit coordination required.

You will drive month-end processes, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with finance teams and external auditors, while supporting process improvements with RPA, Power BI, and SAP FI.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA qualification required.
• 3–5 years experience in medium or large manufacturing industry, GCC, COE in accounting functions.
• Knowledge of Companies Act 2013, IND AS, IFRS, SEBI Regulations.
• Experience in IFRS/Ind AS audits.
• SAP FI experience is a must.
• Awareness of RPA, blockchain, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• GL closing and reporting for entities on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Control and review General Ledger accounting including COA maintenance.
• Implement accounting policies per IND AS and IFRS.
• Coordinate monthly fiscal reviews with RTDR Head and Corporate Financial Controller.
• Prepare statutory financials quarterly per IND AS and coordinate audits.
• Ensure monthly closing activities and balance sheet schedules.
• Maintain internal controls and process documentation.
• Participate in finance control and process improvement projects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for GL closing and reporting. Timely closure of books of Accounts of the entities and reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis/ yearly basis.

2) Control & Review General Ledger Accounting including maintenance and control over chart of accounts

3) Ensure implementation of new accounting policies / standards as per IND AS & IFRS

4) Ensure fiscal reviews on a monthly basis with the Record to report Head , Corporate Financial controller & Monthly balance sheet reviews

5) Prepare and Finalization of Statutory Financials quarterly as per IND AS:

a. Facilitating audit by the External Auditors (statutory and group audit)

b. Preparation of Financial Statements as per Sch III of the Companies Act 2013

c. Collaborate with business teams to close the Audit open points

d. Responsible for getting the Accounts Audited by External Auditors

e. Handling preparation for Board meeting related deliverables with reference to Financial Accounts

6) Month end closing activities as per financial closing cockpit

a. Planning the monthly closing activities, Co-ordination with various teams from the LE

b. Ensure all sub-ledgers are closed on time after posting of all entries

c. Preparation of monthly accounting schedules and circulation of the same

7) Ensure fiscal governance and internal controls including documentation of process, which includes closing IA audit points

8) Participation in special projects relating to Finance control & process improvements.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

CA/CMA

Experience :

• CA Fresher, Minimum 3-5 Years experience in medium or large manufacturing Industry, GCC, COE in accounting functions.
  
• Knowledge on Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, IFRS, SEBI Regulations
• Must have handled Year’s Annual Audit as per IFRS / Ind AS.
• Exposure of SAP – FI system is must.
• Basic understanding of new age technologies like RPA, blockchain, PowerBi will be an added advantage
