Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support private credit fund accounting operations, including valuation, NAV calculation, cash and position reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Administer and maintain private credit investments across the loan lifecycle, including onboarding, amendments, restructurings, and data management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SLAs; provide investor reporting support.
• Leverage platforms such as SimCorp, WSO, Geneva, and Investran for portfolio administration.
• Possess hands-on exposure to cash flow and reconciliations with attention to accuracy.

Job title: Private Equity / Private Credit - Manager

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ Years of experience in Private Credit Fund Accounting, Valuation & Reconciliation / Private Credit Portfolio Administration
• Support the administration and maintenance of private credit investments across the loan lifecycle, including onboarding, amendments, restructurings, portfolio maintenance, and data management while ensuring compliance with internal controls and SLAs.
• Support private credit fund accounting operations, including valuation, NAV calculation, cash and position reconciliations, financial reporting, and quarter/year-end activities to ensure accurate portfolio accounting and investor reporting.
• Knowledge of Private Credit Fund Accounting
• Knowledge of Private Credit / Loan Administration
• Experience with NAV calculations and valuation of illiquid investments
• Experience with Syndicated Loans and Direct Lending
• Understanding of Loan Lifecycle Management
• Strong understanding of cash and position reconciliations
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting standards
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Sim Corp, WSO, Geneva, Investran, or similar systems.
• Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts.
