Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a private equity/IB exposed investment analyst to perform detailed financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence for high-potential opportunities across global portfolios.

You will work with senior leadership, structure deals, prepare memos, and monitor portfolio performance in a fast-paced environment. MBA/CFA candidates encouraged; strong Excel and presentation skills required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven candidate capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with global stakeholders.
• MBA/CFA candidates will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled services, software, and business services sectors.
