Seagull Advertising is looking for a Production Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of branding, retail, fabrication, events, and activation projects. The role requires strong project ownership, client management, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Project Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Manage end-to-end execution from brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, operations, and production teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and fabrication partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance.
• Oversee production quality, logistics, and material procurement.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installations when required.

3. Commercial & Operations

• Prepare project estimates and production budgets.
• Monitor project profitability and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to approved budgets and quality standards.
• Drive process improvements for operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, Production, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in advertising, branding, events, activations, or production management.
