Qualifications

About this Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - MNO Certifications to join Ericsson's Global Certifications team. You will lead mobile network operator (MNO) certification programs, drive issue resolution, and work closely with operators, engineering, product management, and certification labs to ensure successful product approvals and launches.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G NR technologies.


• Experience with protocol analysis, troubleshooting, and interoperability testing.


• Ability to analyze logs, traces, and test results to drive issue resolution.


• Familiarity with cellular debugging tools such as QXDM.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and program management skills.
