Job summary

Ericsson GmbH is seeking an experienced leader for wireless regulatory compliance to drive certification programs across EMC, safety, and regulatory domains. You will manage cross-functional teams including R&D, product management, and operations to ensure timely approvals and risk mitigation.

The role requires a deep understanding of FCC, CE, ISED, UKCA and related standards, with a track record of scaling regulatory processes and collaborating with labs and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance, EMC, and product safety certification.
• Strong knowledge of FCC, CE, ISED, UKCA, and other global regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading technical programs or cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead global regulatory compliance and product certification projects.
• Develop certification strategies, project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with global EMC, Safety, Radio, and market-specific regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on current and future products.
• Coordinate testing, certification activities, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Partner with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and ODMs to align technical and regulatory requirements.
• Work with certification labs, external partners, and regulatory agencies to achieve approvals.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes and best practices.
