Navitas Semiconductor Usa, Inc. seeks a Principal Technical Marketing Engineer to shape product roadmaps for SiC/GaN technologies in AI data centers, energy, and grid applications. You will lead market research, craft value propositions, and drive design-in strategies with major customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in product application engineering, product definition, and/or technical marketing roles.
  • Strong customer facing experience and ability to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Hands-on experience with high voltage power semiconductors such as SiC MOSFETs.
  • Deep knowledge of high voltage power converter architectures and topologies.
  • Familiarity with power semiconductor packaging technologies and modules.
  • Strong marketing/business analytics capabilities including market sizing, segmentation, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
  • Willingness to travel periodically, including intercontinental travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Define new technologies and products with customers and internal teams to drive growth.
  • Lead market research, insights, and competitor analysis to influence product roadmap and GTM plans.
  • Create and manage product requirements, value propositions, and positioning for launches.
  • Develop design-in strategies with key customers/partners to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D, validation, reliability, and project management on NPIs.
  • Prepare technical documentation and coordinate with global teams.
