Technical Architect – Principal Technical Architect (Full Stack)

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Technical Architect with strong full‑stack capabilities to lead architecture design, technology strategy, and engineering excellence across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technologist with deep expertise across front‑end, back‑end, databases, and cloud platforms, along with strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and high‑performance systems.

Experience in e‑commerce platforms is essential; exposure to Adobe Commerce is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Architecture Solution Design

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture for complex, enterprise‑grade applications across the full stack.
• Design highly scalable, secure, and resilient systems aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct architectural reviews, define best practices, and ensure technical governance across all ongoing projects.
• Evaluate existing systems for scalability, performance, and maintainability; recommend modernization or optimization strategies.

Technology Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on architecture standards, design patterns, coding practices, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams (front‑end, back‑end, database, DevOps) to elevate engineering maturity.
• Drive technology adoption, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across projects.

Emerging Tech Innovation

• Research and evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to product and client needs.
• Build PoCs, prototypes, and reference architectures to demonstrate capabilities to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and client stakeholders for technical solutioning and proposal support.

Project Oversight Quality Assurance

• Review ongoing project deliverables for architecture compliance, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
• Support development teams with troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Front‑End Expertise (any of): React, Angular, Vue JS
• Back‑End Expertise (any of): PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or Magento preferred), Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI), .NET Core / ASP.NET
• Database Expertise (any of): PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
• Cloud Platforms (any of): AWS, Azure
• Proven experience in designing and architecting large‑scale, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, event‑driven systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience with performance optimization, caching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions, challenge assumptions, and bring structure to technical discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architecture reviews, code audits, and provide actionable recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in e‑commerce platforms; Adobe Commerce (Magento) experience is a strong plus.
