Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru seeks a senior AI Transformation leader to shape and deliver high-value AI use cases across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery in a cross-functional environment.

You will partner with technology, operations, engineering, and business teams to translate challenges into scalable AI solutions, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, data science, software engineering, or AI-related roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.), Agentic AI frameworks, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Intelligent Automation.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience building business cases and defining measurable value outcomes.
