Job summary

Aven Hospitality, a technology leader in hospitality, is seeking a Principal Solutions Design Engineer to align customer objectives with our SynXis platform. You will lead discovery, design, and multi-team engagements across Commercial, Delivery, Product, and Engineering to recommend strategic solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise SaaS and travel/hospitality tech, with strong consultative and stakeholder management skills. Up to 25% travel required, based in Bengaluru, India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role.
• 5+ years of hospitality, travel technology, or distribution experience.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Up to 25% travel.

The Principal Solutions Design Engineer is a hospitality technology expert and trusted advisor responsible for designing solutions that align customer business objectives with Aven Hospitality’s products and platform capabilities. This role partners with Commercial, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to define requirements, develop solution recommendations, and guide strategic customer initiatives. The Senior Solutions Design Engineer combines deep industry expertise, technical knowledge, and business acumen to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
