Principal Full Stack Software Engineer – Fintech Solutions

Location: Noida, India

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new web applications with robust backend systems for a B2B fintech solution.
• Create scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using C# and Angular.
• Drive modernization efforts, including refactoring legacy systems and migrating to Azure cloud.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute product roadmaps.
• Lead by example on best practices in software engineering—clean code, testing, CI/CD.
• Explore and adopt functional programming paradigms or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn them.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology domains.
• Work with product management to refine new features, understand business needs, and create technical roadmaps.
• Continuously learn, develop the team, and improve the product.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent C# and Angular skills for developing front‑end and back‑end of dynamic web applications.
• Strong Azure experience, including cloud services, deployment, and cost optimization.
• Experience with or readiness to learn functional programming (OCaml, Standard ML, F#, Scala, Haskell).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable web applications with complex backend logic.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Familiarity with legacy systems and experience in refactoring and modernization projects.
• Ability to work with complex architecture, simplifying and creating maintainable systems.
• Demonstrated success in a multinational company focused on digital product development.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Motivation to work within the financial domain.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn new technical and programming skills and to experiment with new solutions.
• Ability to identify technical debt and propose solutions.
