We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer - Frontend with 6+ years of experience to lead the design and evolution of scalable, high-performance web applications and frontend platforms. This role is responsible for driving frontend architecture, establishing engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and enabling multiple product teams to build reliable and maintainable applications.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React.js, Next.js (14+), TypeScript, Micro Frontend Architecture, Module Federation, and Nx Monorepo. They should have a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges, leading large-scale technical initiatives, and driving engineering excellence across the organization.

- Define and drive the long-term frontend architecture and technical roadmap across multiple products.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure frontend platforms using React.js, Next.js (14+), Micro Frontends, Module Federation, and Nx Monorepo.
- Establish frontend engineering standards, coding guidelines, architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations.
- Drive frontend modernization initiatives and continuously improve platform scalability, maintainability, and developer experience.
- Own the frontend platform, shared component libraries, design systems, and common engineering utilities.
- Define strategies for performance optimization, accessibility, security, and Core Web Vitals.
- Drive improvements in build systems, deployment pipelines, testing strategy, observability, and engineering productivity.
- Lead the investigation of critical production incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement long-term reliability improvements.
- Identify and reduce technical debt through continuous architectural improvements.
- Mentor Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, and Tech Leads through technical coaching and design reviews.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Influence technical decisions across teams and ensure alignment with organizational engineering goals.
- Support hiring by participating in technical interviews and helping define engineering competency standards.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-native development workflows.
- Ability to leverage LLMs for architecture exploration, code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, testing, and code reviews while maintaining engineering quality.
- Experience optimizing AI workflows through effective prompt engineering, context management, and efficient token usage.
- Drive AI adoption by establishing engineering best practices, governance, and measurable productivity improvements across teams

- Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience defining frontend testing strategies using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Proven experience leading architectural decisions, solving complex production challenges, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and driving long-term technical improvements.
