We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Associate Software Engineers to join our expanding engineering team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will support the development and enhancement of innovative web applications. You’ll be expected to learn existing systems quickly, contribute to their expansion, and grow alongside a fast-paced product team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js ,MongoDB, Express.js,)
• Follow clean coding practices and contribute to code reviews, version control, and test-driven development.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and quality assurance.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress updates
• Write modular and reusable code, and maintain documentation of development processes
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them with accuracy and timeliness
• Proactively identify technical issues and propose practical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient in working with MongoDB or MySQL
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts
• Knowledge of Git for version control
• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science or equivalent field
• 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in a development or technical support role
