Job summary

Mindstech is seeking a senior robotics leader to drive legged locomotion research and implementation in dynamic environments.

You will own NMPC, Whole-Body Control and RL-based motion policies, and build Sim2Real pipelines for robust real-time control, state estimation, and motor communication on challenging terrains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in legged robotics, locomotion and real-time control with NMPC, WBC, RL, C++, kinematics/dynamics and Sim2Real.
• M.Tech/MS/PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics or Mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of legged robot locomotion, NMPC, Whole-Body Control and RL-based motion policies.
