Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Specialist to join our Product Management team. This is a hybrid role based in Mohali, reporting to the Director, Product Management within the Engineering department.

• Develop technical collateral, including best practice guides, proof-of-value (POV) test plans, demo assets, and reference architectures to support internal teams and customer presentations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8+ years of professional experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within the infrastructure technology or cybersecurity industry
• Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns for web and private applications
• Proven track record of developing technical collateral and supporting go‑to‑market initiatives that drive successful sales outcomes
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and customer‑facing teams

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Strong understanding of secure private application access and privileged resource access use cases in enterprise environments and extensive experience in networking concepts and modern identity and access management (IAM) frameworks
