Role Overview

As a Principal Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will design solutions that delight users and align with business objectives.

Role Details and Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and advocate for user needs.
• Create personas, storyboards, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, end-to-end flows, and clickable prototypes.
• Create and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability to shape our product vision.
• Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder and user feedback, tech constraints, analytics, and user testing.
• Lead end-to-end design for Titan’s Products, from research to pixel-perfect execution.
• Work with product managers and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and beautiful experiences that our users love.
• Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Stay updated with design trends and competitor analysis.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

You may be fit for the role if you:

• Have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, user journeys, specifying interaction details, etc.
• Want to continue to be hands-on with product and visual design in the product journey.
• Demonstrate empathy by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and motivations, and translating those insights into thoughtful, human-centered design solutions.
• Are enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Love working with other designers to help them learn and grow—and have them help you learn and grow.
• Experience in managing designers will be a plus.
