Job Description

This is a lead position for which we want the candidate to be able to lead from the front and pioneer activities/tasks in the team. Add value to our current processes.

The resource will provide Middleware Tier 2.5 level of support and will support the containerized applications running on Kubernetes, Docker, Apache, Tomcat, WAS, IIS, Container platform on Cloud (AWS EKS). As a lead, they need to support the production environment by proactively monitoring and quickly responding to middleware incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise. They frequently collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement detailed design, configuration and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on security, uptime and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to routine/semi-complex problems.

Shift & Collaboration

Shift will be rotational out of the following two windows: 8 AM IST to 4:30 PM IST and 2 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST. It will be a support role with demands to accomplish automation needs of the project.

Employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Employment Details

Full Time.

Timings: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
