As the Principal Business Systems Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. As a Principle IT Analyst – Projects Business Model in PT, you will ensure that our SAP S/4 project execution solutions effectively support the delivery of complex, customer‑facing capital projects. You will work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to understand execution requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant SAP S/4 solutions.
You will report directly to our Sr Director, IT ERP Business Transformation, and work out of our Bengaluru, India or Pune, India location on a Hybrid schedule.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the organization's technology strategies and projects, aligning them with business objectives. This role is critical to enabling end‑to‑end project execution, from project setup through delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and closeout. You will ensure accurate cost control, financial visibility, and integration across the full project lifecycle while aligning solutions to Honeywell’s Global Design Model (GDM). Your technical leadership will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems, ultimately enhancing our competitive edge and operational efficiency.
