Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Background in technical documentation and knowledge transfer

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of video protocols and codecs (H.264, H.265, SIP, WebRTC)
• Proficiency in video conferencing platform design and implementation
• Knowledge of IP networking protocols and video network design principles
• Experience with content delivery networks and streaming technologies
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
• Understanding of video quality metrics and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of network security principles and video security implementations
• Experience with digital signage and display management systems
