Oceaneering in Pune, India seeks a Principal Engineering Analyst to provide deep technical leadership within the SURF domain, guiding large multi-disciplinary projects and making high-impact engineering decisions.

You will mentor engineers and SMEs, drive continuous improvement in engineering quality and processes, and collaborate with global stakeholders while embracing a hybrid work model and travel as needed.

• As a Principal Engineering Analyst, you will provide deep technical leadership within SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) domain, leading large and complex multi-disciplinary projects while independently making high-impact engineering decisions and recognizing when to engage senior leadership. This role is critical to Oceaneering’s delivery and growth strategy, acting as a single point of contact for assigned business units, influencing functional strategy, mentoring engineers and SMEs, and driving continuous improvement in engineering quality, processes, and customer value.
