Job description

• As a Principal Engineering Analyst, you will provide deep technical leadership within SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) domain, leading large and complex multi-disciplinary projects while independently making high-impact engineering decisions and recognizing when to engage senior leadership. This role is critical to Oceaneering's delivery and growth strategy, acting as a single point of contact for assigned business units, influencing functional strategy, mentoring engineers and SMEs, and driving continuous improvement in engineering quality, processes, and customer value.
