Job summary

WSP India is seeking a senior professional to lead technical reviews, contribute to design, and drive process improvements in collaboration with the UK team. You will participate in project meetings, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with GCC procedures and business goals.

The role requires 12+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in local codes, with UK code familiarity considered a plus. This full-time position is based in Bengaluru, India.

Qualifications

• BS/HTM/NBC codes and related local standards knowledge.
• Familiarity with UK codes is advantageous.
• Minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks and contribute to the design.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Local Head of GCC on protocols and processes.
• Develop professional relationships with the WSP UK team and communicate project progress.
• Participate in project and team meetings and disseminate information across teams.
• Identify and manage risk, and follow company contracting processes.
• Manage delegated tasks to meet deadlines and flag resourcing concerns.

• Provide continuous feedback to the Local Head of GCC on the effectiveness of the protocols and processes in place with a view to continuous improvement

• Develop positive professional relationship with the WSP UK Team, communicating openly about project progress

• Participate in Project meetings, team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and communicate with other teams in WSP

• Identify and act on, or refer, potential risk issues and follow in full the company commercial and contracting processes

• Manage delegated tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and flag resourcing concerns to team leader

• Identify and flag additional fees to the Local GCC Head of MEP

• Develop team technical skills

• Winning more projects and achieving the team utilization

• Complete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlines

Desired Skills
