Job summary

Careernet invites an experienced SAP Basis professional to own enterprise release governance and landscape management across SAP environments. You will lead transport sequencing, cutover planning and go-live readiness for major ERP programs, while coordinating with Architecture, Security and partners.

7–12 years in SAP Basis and change/release management, ChaRM experience, and knowledge of S/4HANA/SAP ECC are required. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in SAP Basis, change and release management and ERP lifecycle management.
• Strong experience with SAP Basis, transport governance and enterprise SAP landscape management.
• Hands-on expertise in Change Management, Release Management and SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM).
• Experience managing TMS transport sequencing, dependencies and production stability risks.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise release governance, change cycles, release calendars, readiness reviews, risk assessments and deployment metrics across SAP and integrated applications.
• Lead transport and landscape management using SAP Basis and TMS, including sequencing, dependencies, conflict resolution, retrofit strategy, system refreshes and landscape housekeeping.
• Execute SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and Change Manager activities, while supporting governance, lifecycle management and the transition toward SAP Cloud ALM.
• Define deployment and cutover strategies for major ERP programs, including rehearsals, outage planning, go-live readiness and hypercare support.
• Partner with Architecture, Basis, Security, program leadership, SAP and implementation partners to resolve complex deployment issues and improve enterprise SAP governance.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 12 years of experience in SAP Basis, change and release management, transport governance or ERP lifecycle management.
• Strong experience with SAP Basis, SAP transport governance and enterprise SAP landscape management.
• Hands-on expertise in Change Management, Release Management and SAP Solution Manager, including ChaRM-related processes.
• Experience managing TMS transport sequencing, dependencies, retrofit activities and production stability risks across multiple SAP environments.
• Proven ability to lead deployment governance, cutover planning, release readiness reviews and integration management for large-scale ERP programs.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation, upgrade or migration programs.
