• Ability to lead small/medium teams in a multi-discipline task force-based engineering environment.
• Proven expertise in FEED and EPC engineering execution; offshore project experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering discipline in a multi-discipline task force-based engineering environment.
• Detailed knowledge of electrical system design, including power generation, transmission, distribution, and protection.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (IEC, IEEE, NEC).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, instrumentation, piping, etc.).
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
• Interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers.
• Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality management systems.
• Participate in audits, design reviews, and E-HAZOP studies.
