What You'll Do

• Drive architecture and technical design for enterprise-scale product platforms.
• Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and platform enhancements.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives using Azure and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful services, background services, APIs, and distributed applications.
• Define technical roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor engineers, promote engineering excellence, and establish development best practices.
• Own complex product components and drive end-to-end technical delivery.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong architectural ownership.
• Proven experience working in product-based environments building enterprise applications.

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and cloud-native application design.
• Strong expertise in Azure (or other major cloud platforms) including migration and optimization.
• Experience designing microservices and migrating monolithic applications to distributed architectures.
• Hands-on experience with:
• REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Jenkins, Splunk, Kibana, Airflow (or equivalent tools)
• Strong understanding of:
• SOLID principles and design patterns
• Event-driven and decoupled architectures
• Performance tuning and scalability
• Security best practices and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
• Experience working with multiple database technologies including SQL Server, NoSQL, and distributed databases.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
