Job summary

Tekskills in Hyderabad, India seeks a seasoned backend design engineer to lead synthesis, DFT, and verification for MCU/low-power SoC projects. The role includes P&R leadership, power/area optimization, and STA across corners while migrating tech nodes.

You will collaborate with frontend and analog teams, integrate SCAN/MBIST, and define test specifications. Mentoring juniors and supporting product and RMA efforts are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in backend flows for MCU or low-power SoC designs.
• Ability to lead the DFT teams, Physical and formal Verification Teams.
• Exposure to frontend and Analog processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend and analog teams.
• Experience in Product Support for Pre and Post Production Stages, Support for RMA teams.
