About You

Technical Expertise:

Full‑Stack Engineering with .NET Core

Proven hands‑on expertise in .NET 8+, C# 12, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, gRPC, SignalR, and Blazor/React/Angular for building intelligent, scalable platforms. Skilled in architecting micro front‑end (Micro UI) solutions integrated with .NET Core backends to deliver modular, extensible, and high‑performance applications.

Cutting‑Edge AI/ML & LLM Integration

Proficient in orchestrating autonomous agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) within .NET ecosystems, designing MCP based extensibility, and optimizing prompts and pipelines using DSPy. Strong grounding in MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases) to ensure reliable model lifecycle management, observability, and production‑grade deployment across hybrid cloud environments.

Cloud‑Native & Hybrid Architecture

Skilled in architecting API‑first, microservices ecosystems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with expertise in hybrid cloud deployments and distributed, event‑driven systems. Proficient in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) with resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, Bulkhead, Saga orchestration).

Telco CPQ Transformation Expertise

Proven experience in Telco CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, building scalable pricing engines, product catalogs, guided selling workflows, and automated quote‑to‑order processes. Track record of leading CPQ modernization programs, transforming legacy monoliths into cloud‑native, AI‑infused microservices.

Digital Transformation Experience

Demonstrated success in enterprise‑scale digital transformation, modernizing legacy systems into cloud‑native microservices and enabling business agility. Preferably experienced in one or more CPQ transformation engagements within the Telco domain.

Skills/Competency Proficiency Level

• Hands‑on proficiency in .NET Core technologies – .NET 8+, C# 12, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, gRPC, SignalR for backend; Frontend – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, SPA frameworks: Angular, React, or Blazor (Expert)
• Hands‑on proficiency and experience working on at least one of the cloud‑native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure and deployment (Advanced)
• Experience with Telco‑Sales capabilities and CPQ platforms – Advanced
• Strong background in AI/ML development, including experience with LLMs, RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, building and deploying ML and conversational agents, agentic workflows on Cloud – Advanced
• Strong understanding and experience on multiple database technologies across both Relational and Non‑Relational DBMS (MDB, MySQL, PostGres, VectorDB, etc) – Advanced
• Experience with test automation and quality assurance frameworks (TDD/BDD, tools like Robot, TestNG, Playwright, AI Augmented QA, etc) – Advanced
• Strong system design skills for building performant, scalable, highly available, reliable, and secure applications – Advanced
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection standards – Intermediate
• Understanding of telecom products, services, and BSS/OSS architecture esp. Telco Sales capabilities and CPQ Domain (Quoting and Pricing) – Expert
• Knowledge of one or more S/W development methodologies like Agile Scrum, SAFe WoW – Intermediate
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes across business and technology teams – Advanced
• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, Open APIs, ODA) – Intermediate
