Job summary

KPIT Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to lead architecture, design and integration of networking device software stacks for automotive and intelligent machine networking solutions.

You will develop firmware for communication devices and safety-critical automotive applications, and implement automated tests with a focus on quality and safety standards. You will work on embedded kernel/user drivers, stack extensions, debugging utilities, and performance

Qualifications

• C & C++(14 or 17).
• Free RTOS and Linux experience.
• Embedded Firmware Development.
• Ethernet Communication – L1 and L2 Layers.
• Software Architecture and Design.
• Performance Optimization.
• Embedded Processors.
• Embedded Communication protocols (SPI, I2C).
• RTOS and networking concepts (preferred).
• PCI concepts and BAR0/BAR1 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, testing and integration of networking device software stack.
• Develop firmware for communication devices, networking hardware and automotive safety-critical apps.
• Design and implement automated unit and system testing; ensure functional safety compliance.
• Work across embedded kernel/user drivers, stack extensions, debug and test utilities.

Embedded Software Development for Ethernet-Based Networking Devices, Automotive & Intelligent Machine Networking Solutions.

Deatils: Lead architecture, design, implementation, testing, and integration of networking device software stack including embedded firmware, kernel/user mode device drivers, stack extensions, debug and test utilities. Develop firmware for communication devices, networking hardware, and safety-critical automotive applications. Design and implement automated unit and system testing while ensuring compliance with functional safety standards and best development practices.
