The role emphasizes enabling non-bottleneck development, with a focus on frontend dashboards, data analytics and practical AI tooling across engineering, sustainability, and operations.

Qualifications

• Frontend skills with modern dashboard UI approaches.
• Experience with Tailwind, Chart.js or similar frameworks.
• Proven ability to build engineering dashboards or technical analytics tools.
• Ability to develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards and Stata analytics.
• Experience creating reusable templates, workflows and automation tools.
• Strong prompt engineering to accelerate coding and visualization.
• Strong UI/UX design capabilities for polished interfaces.
• Ability to train non-technical teams in AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with practical use cases and best practices.
• Develop interactive slides, offline HTML dashboards, and online dashboards.
• Produce Tableau and Power BI dashboards as deliverables when required.
• Create charts, KPI cards, heatmaps, maps and visual analytics.
• Convert Excel, CSV, APIs and models into user-facing interfaces.
• Build dashboards for engineering, sustainability, infrastructure and operations.
• Create reusable templates, prompt libraries and visual assets.
• Develop AI agents and semi-automated workflows for analysis and reporting.
• Train project teams on AI tools, templates and data visualization approaches.
• Enable teams to produce high-quality outputs with templates and coaching.
• Prototype quickly with AI coding tools to improve design and iteration.

The role is not intended to become a bottleneck for every dashboard, slide or digital output. Instead, it should act as an enablement function that develops reusable tools, templates, agents, training materials and workflows that help project teams work faster, smarter and more consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to demonstrate practical use cases, lessons learned, reusable methods and examples of good practice.
• Develop interactive slides, offline HTML dashboards, online web dashboards and lightweight digital tools.
• Produce Tableau dashboards/workbooks and Power BI dashboards as formal deliverables when required.
• Create charts, KPI cards, heatmaps, maps, scenario tools and visual analytics.
• Convert Excel, CSV, APIs and technical models into user-facing interfaces.
• Build dashboards for engineering, sustainability, infrastructure, climate, energy and operations use cases.
• Create reusable dashboard templates, prompt libraries, coding structures and visual assets that other team members can adapt.
• Develop AI agents and semi-automated workflows to support analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, slide generation and data visualisation.
• Train and support project teams on the use of AI tools, dashboard templates, data visualisation approaches and prompt engineering.
• Enable teams to independently produce high-quality digital outputs by providing guidance, examples, templates and practical coaching.
• Use AI coding tools to prototype quickly, improve design quality and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern dashboard UI approaches.
• Experience with Tailwind, Chart.js, React-style interfaces or similar frameworks.
• Practical experience developing engineering solutions dashboards or technical analytics tools.
• Ability to develop Tableau dashboards/workbooks, Power BI dashboards and Stata-based analytics outputs.
• Experience creating reusable templates, workflows, agents or automation tools that enable others to work more efficiently.
• Strong prompt engineering capability, with the ability to structure clear, effective AI prompts to accelerate coding, dashboard development, design iteration, data visualisation and content refinement.
• Strong UI/UX design capability, with the ability to create intuitive, visually polished interfaces through effective layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour systems, iconography and user flow.
• Ability to train, guide and upskill non-technical teams in the use of AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.
