Job summary

Crescendo Global in Bengaluru is hiring a Principal Data Scientist with GenAI to lead development and deployment of ML and GenAI solutions across functions. You will craft scalable GenAI capabilities, build NLP and AI-powered features, and mentor teams while collaborating with global clients.

You will work hands-on with large data sets, drive PoCs and client-ready demos, and shape strategy for analytics, governance and MLOps initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on Python expertise and GenAI/LLM experience.
• Solid understanding of ML and GenAI algorithms.
• Experience with AI cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP.
• PySpark and Scala exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hadoop/Hive and Big Data environments.
• Quantitative degree in a relevant field.
