Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India invites a Data Scientist - AI/ML with 5+ years of experience for Gurugram (Hybrid). You will work at the intersection of analytics, GenAI and business consulting, collaborating with data teams to build AI/ML models and deliver insights for global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably within the Finance domain, with exposure to FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, expenses, premiums or capital.
• Bachelor's or Masters in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines; CFA/CA/FRM preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML/DL models, with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
• Experience building large-scale ML/DL models and LLM-based solutions; NLP and text mining knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work with global clients; knowledge of APIs or Snowflake a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML & GenAI solutions by collaborating with business and data teams to solve real-world business problems using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, solve business problems and generate actionable insights for various functional areas.
• Build, optimize and fine-tune models using Python and ML/DL frameworks to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Develop GenAI solutions involving LLMs such as GPT, Falcon and LLaMA, along with NLP, Computer Vision, GANs and Diffusion models where applicable.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders by providing technical direction, facilitating working sessions, managing project deliverables and communicating analytical findings to non-technical audiences.

4. Experience building large-scale ML/DL models and LLM-based solutions, with knowledge of NLP, statistical modelling, data mining and text mining techniques.
5. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work with global clients in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment. Knowledge of APIs or cloud technologies such as Snowflake would be an added advantage.
