Job summary

ICICI Lombard is seeking a Lead Data Scientist with 8–12 years of experience to drive AI, ML, and Generative AI initiatives with measurable business impact in Mumbai.

You will lead enterprise-scale AI projects, build predictive and generative models, and partner with business leaders on high-impact use cases while mentoring a team of data scientists. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Data Science & Advanced Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Python & SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, Prompt Engineering & Vector Databases.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP using MLOps practices.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end AI/ML projects from ideation to production.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
