What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high‑performance enterprise applications across the full technology stack.
• Architect and implement robust data strategies that include data pipelines, data infrastructure, business data modeling, computation framework, and storage design.
• Drive database performance through optimized queries and efficient application design.
• Develop both high‑level and low‑level designs, ensuring scalability, availability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and tech leadership to define and implement platform design and ensure accountability in delivery.
• Champion innovation by encouraging experimentation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance platform capabilities and delivery outcomes.

Who We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Programming expertise in Python (preferred), Java, or C++, with the technical depth to lead meaningful architecture and code reviews.
• Expertise in standard algorithms, data structures, and performance‑oriented application design.
• Experience building and delivering full‑stack products, integrating front‑end, back‑end, and data layers.
• Experience building data platforms end‑to‑end, including data ingestion pipelines, data infrastructure, and storage design.
• Exceptional data engineering expertise across data modeling, including dimensional and multidimensional modeling, data pipeline development, computation engine, and computation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders effectively, bridge communication gaps, and build trust across teams.
• Proven project management capabilities, with a big‑picture perspective and the ability to break down complex initiatives into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternative approaches and optimize solutions.
• The ability to balance deep technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
• Exceptional passion for building impactful technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
