We seek an experienced senior technical architect with an excellent engineering foundation and a proven track record in building and delivering full‑stack enterprise products to join the Reporting Infra Tech team based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Gurugram. The team focuses on building scalable, reliable, and future‑ready reporting platforms for the firm. This team will play a central role in enabling the firm to meet evolving regulatory and investor expectations while improving the overall quality and efficiency of our reporting function. The ideal candidate will be language and framework agnostic — comfortable working with Python, Java, or other enterprise‑grade technologies — and able to design solutions end‑to‑end, from architecture to deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY

You will be responsible for technical architecture, design direction, and modernization of the reporting tools ecosystem. You will engineer the reporting process and design the orchestration of data flows architecture while maintaining data quality. Your role involves making hands‑on technical decisions around design patterns, technology choices, integration models, and validation approaches. You will develop both high‑level and low‑level designs, ensuring reliability, scalability, availability, and maintainability. You will work closely with business stakeholders to co‑create strategies, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability in delivery. In addition, you will govern implementation and technical direction. As a technical leader, you will champion innovation by encouraging experimentation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance platform capabilities and delivery outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Programming expertise in Python (preferred), Java or C++, with the technical depth to lead meaningful architecture and code reviews
• Expertise in standard algorithms, data structures, and performance‑driven application design
• Experience building and delivering full‑stack products, integrating front‑end, back‑end, and data layers
• The ability to engage stakeholders effectively, bridge communication gaps, and build trust across teams
• Proven project management capabilities, with a big‑picture perspective and the ability to break down complex initiatives into actionable plans
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical problem solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternative approaches and optimize solutions
• The ability to balance deep technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver solutions aligned with evolving business needs
