We are looking for an experienced Principal Cybersecurity Consultant to lead technical consulting, pre-sales solutioning, and delivery for enterprise cybersecurity engagements. This is a customer-facing leadership role that combines deep cybersecurity expertise with consulting, solution design, team leadership, and delivery management.

The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and engineering teams, understand business requirements, recommend appropriate cybersecurity services, and lead successful project execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex security challenges, mentoring teams, and building long-term client relationships.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

• Lead technical discovery and requirement gathering sessions with prospective clients.
• Understand customer environments, business objectives, and security challenges.
• Design and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions aligned with client needs.
• Define project scope, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, and effort estimates.
• Support proposal development, Statements of Work (SoWs), RFP/RFI responses, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Client Consulting

• Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to enterprise customers.
• Conduct project kick-offs and solution walkthroughs.
• Present assessment findings and executive summaries to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations for improving clients' security posture.
• Manage technical escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Delivery Leadership

Oversee end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity engagements.

• Review technical reports for quality, consistency, and accuracy before client delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope.
• Coordinate resources across multiple engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and documentation.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and coach security consultants and penetration testers.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support capability development through knowledge sharing and training.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
