Job summary

Launch It Consulting is seeking a senior cybersecurity consultant to lead customer-facing engagements, translate complex security requirements into practical designs, and guide enterprise teams in large, distributed environments.

The role requires deep expertise across security architecture, Zero Trust, cloud security, and incident response, with strong communication to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, security engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technical delivery.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to lead complex technical discussions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of security architecture, Zero Trust, identity protection, endpoint security, data security, cloud security, SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, and incident response concepts.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, supporting, or advising on enterprise security solutions in large and complex environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security technologies, including Entra, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and Azure security capabilities.
• Ability to convert business and regulatory requirements into practical technical designs and operational controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, presentation, executive briefing, stakeholder management, and crisis communication.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership, collaboration, and ability to work across organizational boundaries.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect Expert, AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate, SC-200 Security Operations Analyst, SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator, or equivalent
