Job summary

Apps Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Functional Consultant to lead planning and forecasting engagements, gather business requirements, design planning models, and implement scalable Oracle EPBCS solutions. Strong finance and accounting knowledge with hands-on Revenue Planning, Workforce Planning, driver-based forecasting, and management reporting is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle EPBCS/Oracle EPM Planning solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Revenue Planning, Workforce Planning, driver-based forecasting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting engagements with Finance, FP&A, HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EPBCS functional designs and provide solutions.
• Prepare solution design documents, process flows, and configuration workbooks.
• Advise clients on planning best practices and Oracle EPBCS capabilities.
• Design and implement Revenue Planning applications and build driver-based revenue models.
• Design revenue assumptions, allocations, and forecast adjustment processes.
• Implement rolling forecasts and scenario planning.
• Configure Workforce Planning modules and design workforce models.
• Create variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Support monthly and quarterly planning review processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations between ERP/HCM/CRM systems and EPBCS.
• Validate data loads and reconciliation processes.
• Support UAT, SIT, and production deployment activities, user training and documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Functional Consultant to lead planning and forecasting engagements, gather business requirements, design planning models, and implement scalable Oracle EPBCS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong finance and accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in Revenue Planning, Workforce Planning, driver-based forecasting, and management reporting.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EPBCS functional designs and provide solutions.
• Prepare solution design documents, process flows, and configuration workbooks.
• Advise clients on planning best practices and Oracle EPBCS capabilities.
• Design and implement Revenue Planning applications and build driver-based revenue models
