Job summary

Neev is seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultant to join our team in India. The candidate should have 5-10 years of overall experience and 3-5 years hands-on Oracle EPBCS, to support, maintain and enhance EPBCS applications including month-end and forecast cycles.

The role involves production support, incident resolution, and collaboration with business users and Oracle support teams. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills are essential for success in a global delivery

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for EPBCS applications.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot rules, calculations, forms, dashboards and data integrations.
• Perform metadata maintenance, hierarchy updates and security administration.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and patch assessments.
• Prepare knowledge articles and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with related Oracle Fusion ERP teams to align planning needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle EPBCS experience. The consultant will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing Oracle EPBCS applications. The role involves production support, incident resolution, business process enhancements, application administration, month-end and forecast cycle support and collaboration with business users and Oracle support teams. Experience in issue management, root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EPBCS applications.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital (CapEx) Planning and Financial Reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, reports, Smart View and data integrations.
• Perform metadata maintenance, hierarchy updates and security administration.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Develop and implement minor enhancements, change requests and process optimizations.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for product-related issues and SR management.
• Support monthly Oracle patch assessments and regression testing activities.
• Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles.
• Work closely with Oracle Fusion ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, HCM and integration teams to support planning and reporting requirements.
• Participate in enhancement requests, process improvements and optimization initiatives.
