Job summary

Neev is seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, including 3-5 years hands-on EPBCS. The consultant will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing Oracle EPBCS applications.

The role involves production support, incident resolution, business process enhancements, application administration, month-end and forecast cycle support and collaboration with business users and Oracle support teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years overall experience in Oracle EPM/EPBCS with 3-5 years hands-on in EPBCS.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and What-If analysis.
• Experience in incident resolution, root-cause analysis and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EPBCS applications.
• Monitor incidents and service requests within SLAs and resolve issues.
• Support planning processes: budgeting, forecasting, workforce and Capex.
• Troubleshoot rules, calculations, forms, dashboards and data integrations.
• Manage metadata, hierarchies and security administration.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and patch validation.
• Collaborate with ERP/Finance/SC/HCM and integration teams for planning needs.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle EPBCS experience. The consultant will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing Oracle EPBCS applications. The role involves production support, incident resolution, business process enhancements, application administration, month-end and forecast cycle support and collaboration with business users and Oracle support teams. Experience in issue management, root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EPBCS applications.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital (CapEx) Planning and Financial Reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, reports, Smart View and data integrations.
• Perform metadata maintenance, hierarchy updates and security administration.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Develop and implement minor enhancements, change requests and process optimizations.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for product-related issues and SR management.
• Support monthly Oracle patch assessments and regression testing activities.
• Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles.
• Work closely with Oracle Fusion ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, HCM and integration teams to support planning and reporting requirements.
• Participate in enhancement requests, process improvements and optimization initiatives.
