Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Coimbatore seeks an L3+ Intune/Endpoint Management Administrator to manage modern cloud-based device endpoints and security. You will own Autopilot deployments, co-management with MECM, and enforce security policies across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Intune, SCCM, and Windows management, plus strong English communication and a pro-active, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

Job Description

ROLE: L3+ Intune / Endpoint Management Administrator

REPORTING TO: ITISC FET Europe Workspace Manager

WORKING LOCATION: Coimbatore

WORK TIMING: 12PM - 9PM

OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a highly skilled L3+ Microsoft Intune Administrator with deep technical expertise in modern cloud-based endpoint management, identity integration, and endpoint security. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure, deployment, and security compliance issues. You will optimize our global device fleet, manage Windows Autopilot, handle co-management setups with SCCM/MECM, and enforce robust security policies across multi-platform environments (Windows, iOS, Android)

What You’ll Do

Architecture, Configuration, & Deployment

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade Microsoft Intune infrastructure and configuration profiles.
• Manage end-to-end Windows Autopilot deployment profiles, zero-touch provisioning, and device lifecycle management.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) device registration, join states, dynamic groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Oversee Windows Update for Business rings, feature updates, quality updates, and compliance deadlines.
• Support and manage co-management workflows bridging SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.
• Plan and execute the SCCM (MECM) to Intune migration.

Application & Package Management

• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications (Win32 apps, MSI, Microsoft Store, and shell scripts/PowerShell) via Intune.
• Troubleshoot complex application installation failures, dependency issues, and supersede rules across diverse endpoints.

Security, Compliance, & Monitoring

• Configure and manage Endpoint Security baselines, BitLocker encryption, Firewall, Antivirus, and Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) rules.
• Coordinate with compliance team for threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and automated remediation.
• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies for corporate and BYOD environments

Advanced Troubleshooting & L3 Operations

• Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for L1/L2 helpdesk teams regarding enrolment blockages, policy sync failures, and compliance errors.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring system disruptions or wide-scale deployment failures.
• Automate routine administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

What You Bring

• Experience in Intune, Vuln fixing, SCCM, Patching, Packaging.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with Windows and M365, Intune, SCCM, Packaging, Patching.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power shell scripting, Windows Server, Active Directory, or networking.
• Familiarity with BMC Helix ticketing system
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Knowledge of Azure.

Contract Type & Location: Minimum contract duration: 1 Year with high probability for extension to 2 Years. B2B preferred, with flexibility for hybrid remote collaboration with international teams. Permanent contract considerable.
