Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Principal Architect - Enterprise Application to finalize technology stacks, align architecture with business needs, and lead governance across the application lifecycle. You will coordinate with infrastructure, Infosec, and delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in designing enterprise architectures, and a track record of implementing best practices across complex IT ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in computer engineering/science/IT or related field.
• Master’s degree in software engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Finalizing technology stack for IT ecosystem initiatives; ensure fit to business requirements.
• Serve as SPOC for architecture; coordinate with Infrastructure, Infosec, Data privacy and delivery teams.
• Lead architecture governance across development life cycles; enforce Genpact standards and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain enterprise application architecture blueprint; define standards and guidelines; mentor juniors.

Job Description

• Finalizing technology stack for various initiatives within the IT ecosystem of Genpact to meet business requirement.
• You will function as a SPOC for architecture and liaise with internal Genpact customer\business IT Infrastructure team, Infosec team, Data privacy team and delivery team to ensure accurate solution design, and fitment to the requirement.
• You will have involvement in all architecture governance throughout the application development life cycles along with implementing all Genpact standards\guidelines and standard methodologies for all architecture works.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for enterprise applications; Define technical requirements, standards, and guidelines for application development; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure enterprise solutions; Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integration into existing systems; Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams; Ensure compliance with architecture principles and design patterns in all development projects; Conduct regular architecture reviews and make recommendations for improvements; Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise application architecture; Mentor and coach junior architects and developers in architectural best practices.
