Job summary

AB InBev GCC India seeks a Principal Analyst – Tech Compliance to deliver ITGC KPIs across 52 countries, measuring and reporting month-on-month to meet SLAs. You will handle data collection, validation and reporting, engaging with zone teams to resolve findings and ensure compliance with SOX and IT audits.

The role requires strong SAP Security/Basis and SAP GRC knowledge, plus familiarity with automation tools to enhance reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• MBA/BE/BTech/MTech or equivalent degree.
• 3–5 years in IT operations, security or compliance.
• Strong SAP Security, Basis and SAP GRC knowledge.
• Automation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ITGC KPIs for multiple zones/countries monthly.
• Measure, report, and meet defined SLAs for KPI data.
• Participate in weekly/monthly reviews with zone teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and IT audit requirements.
• Work with SAP GRC and Power Apps to download and prepare reports.

Job Title:

Principal Analyst – Tech Compliance

Reporting to:

Manager – Tech Compliance

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Principal Analyst is responsible for delivering the ITGC KPIs for in-scope 7 Zones, covering 52 countries. The role requires measuring & reporting ITGC KPIs month-on-month basis to meet the defined SLAs.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Good experience in at least two or more of below domains:
• User Access Management
• SAP monitoring and troubleshooting
• Review and remediate SOD violations using SAP GRC
• SAP table data extraction (SE16) and Patch management
• S4 HANA Security
• Perform data collection, validation and reporting for the defined KPIs month-on-month basis
• Participate in weekly/monthly routines with the zones and respond to their queries on ITGC KPIs
• Follow the defined policies, process & SOPs and deliver consistently on SLAs
• Able to understand compliance requirements such as SOX, IT Audits, etc.
• Work with the Zone teams to align and close the findings
• Able to operate tools such as SAP GRC, Microsoft Power applications to download and prepare reports

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Education:

• MBA, BE, BTech, MTech and similar degrees.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Have worked in IT Operations / Security / Compliance area
• Good technical knowledge of SAP Security, Basis and SAP GRC.
• Knowledge in areas like automation would be added value.
• Any IT certifications are an added value.
