Job summary

AB InBev GCC India in Bengaluru is seeking an Analytics Consultant to join our analytics team and drive insights for beer category development. You will work with the Global team to deliver an analytics roadmap and translate business problems into actionable analytics solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau. You will partner with technology on data strategy and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Job Title: Analytics Consultant

Reporting to: Title of the Manager

PURPOSE OF ROLE

• Work closely with the Global team to provide insights and a road map for beer category development.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Focus on developing end-to-end analytical solution- Understand business landscape, translate business problems into analytical framework, analytical methods and actionable insights generation.
• Understand the competitive marketplace and data challenges originating from that and implementing analytics framework accordingly.
• Communicate insights and make business recommendations to senior leadership team.
• Closely working with technology team and advise on data strategy and requirements.
• Structured business problem solving.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Education: Level of educational attainment required (1 or more of the following)

• Degree in business analytics/data science/statistics / economics and/or degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science from a recognized institute.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

• Structured problem-solving. Understanding of problem-solving approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly understand new concepts, especially statistics and Machine learning.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, Presentation skills.
