SNOW is HighRadius’ internal Strategy & Operations team that works directly with our Founder and other CXOs to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to continually develop and provide inputs to guide and support decision making for leaders. This is a highly visible role that would require you to have strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills. This is a highly visible and complex role - the candidate will be the single point of contact for users and Execs across the Consulting department

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Business Management -

  • Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions / initiatives to address them based on data, customer interviews and market research
• Project Governance -Develop deep understanding of the assigned projects and proactively identify areas of improvement
• Analytics -Use data modeling, analytics to present visual insights and trends to leaders

Requirements:

Education:

• Undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics or Commerce
• MBA is desirable (though not mandatory)

Experience:

• 2+ years experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting firms or
• 2+ years experience in Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup
• Prior SaaS experience is a plus
