Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks an experienced AI/ML architect to lead the design of multi-agent, healthcare-focused AI platforms. The role centers on cloud-native architectures using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and orchestration tools, with a focus on regulatory compliance and scalable ML pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in AI/ML engineering, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with LangChain, Airflow, and HIPAA/GxP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in AI/ML engineering
• 3-5 years in cloud-native AI architecture
• Proven expertise with AWS AI stack: Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend Medical, Textract, Kendra, Lex
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, AutoGen
• Hands-on experience in workflow orchestration (Step Functions, Airflow, Temporal) and multi-agent pipelines
• Background in healthcare/life sciences AI with understanding of HIPAA/GxP/FDA/EMA guidelines preferred
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and solution governance skills

Responsibilities

• Architect and design agentic AI systems using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and related services
• Define multi-agent orchestration strategies for clinical data workflows, source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation
• Evaluate trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures
• Build and integrate solutions using agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Mentor and guide AI engineers, developers, and DevOps teams on agent-based designs and scalable ML workflows
• Partner with clinical SMEs, compliance teams, and sponsors to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design agentic AI systems using AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, OpenSearch, DynamoDB).
• Define multi-agent orchestration strategies for clinical data workflows, source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
• Evaluate trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Build and integrate solutions using agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, AutoGen).
