What You’d Do:

• Design lesson plans and implement learning activities
• Create a nurturing environment that supports intellectual, social & emotional growth
• Use diverse teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and hands‑on learning
• Assess student progress and give constructive feedback
• Adjust teaching strategies based on student needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with pedagogy trends
