Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Passionate about working with children and inspiring a love for learning.
• Tech-savvy with experience using basic educational software/tools.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
• Prior experience in progressive, alternative, or experiential learning environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and holistic development of all students.
