Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer in Chennai to develop GIS and substation design solutions. You will create 3D models using CREO/ProE and AutoCAD 3D, ensuring compliance with IEC, EN, and ANSI standards while supporting project execution and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in primary design engineering, strong GIS knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 4–8 years of experience in primary design engineering.
• Hands-on experience with 3D design tools such as ProE/CREO and AutoCAD 3D.
• Strong knowledge of GIS products, substation design, and GIS project execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute primary design solutions for GIS and substation projects.
